仙戟汤对甲状腺功能低下的动物实验及临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨仙戟汤对甲状腺功能低下的疗效及机理.方法用双盲法随机分组,设仙戟汤治疗组(31例)与对照组(甲状腺素片33例),观察仙戟汤对甲状腺功能低下的治疗情况;并进行了动物实验,观察治疗前后的TSH、T3、rT4、T4的含量变化,自身比较,并与正常对照组相比.结果临床结果仙戟汤组总有效率87.10%,甲状腺素组总有效率96.96%,两者相比无明显差异(P>0.05);动物实验研究结果显示,仙戟汤对肾阳虚症家兔具有保护作用.结论仙戟汤治疗甲状腺功能低下有较好的疗效,是一种治疗甲状腺功能低下的良好复方中药制剂.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Xian Ji Decoction on hypothyroidism. Methods: Sixty-four Patients Were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group. The effect of Xian Ji Decoction in treating 31 patients was observed by double-blinded method and compared with that treated with thyroxine tablet (33 cases) in the control group, And experimental study was conducted also, To observe the serum TSH, T_3, rT_3 and T_4 levels of rabbits were determined before and after treatment for selr-control and comparing between various groups and that of normai control. Results: Cilnical results showed that the total therapeutic effective rate in Xian Ji Decoction(87.1% )was obviously lower than that in the control group (96.96 % for thyroxine tablet)the difference between them were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Experimental results also showed the Xian Ji Decoction had protective effect on Kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome model in rabbits. Conclusion:Xian Ji Decoction had good dffect in treating hypothy roidism, It is a good composite chinese herbal preparation treat hyopthyroidism.
