| 摘 要： | RNA干扰(RNAi)是由双链RNA介导的,序列特异的基因沉默现象。小干扰RNA(siRNA)是RNAi作用中的效应分子。RNAi技术作为新兴的基因阻断技术具有明显优势,已经广泛地应用于基因功能研究、抗病毒感染和抗肿瘤等热门领域。现就RNAi作用机制、siRNA的制备、设计及RNAi技术在医学研究中应用做一综述。

| Abstract: | RNA interference(RNAi),a process of sipuence-specific gene silencing mediated by double-stranded RNA,can be triggered by small interfering RNA(siRNA).As a newly-developed gene-silence tool,RNAi enjoys conspicuous advantages and gas been applied in the hot fields of gine function,gene therapy of tumor and disease caused by virases.Thearticle summarized some aspects of the mechanism of RNAi,siRNA design and preparation,theapplication of RNAiin medical research. |
