深度烧伤创面的皮瓣修复52例分析

目的观察深度烧伤创面皮瓣修复的效果。方法对52例深度烧伤创面根据烧伤创面的深度、部位、创面条件及全身情况选择合适的皮瓣进行修复。结果52例深度烧伤创面采用各种皮瓣修复后,除1例皮瓣远端部分坏死外,其余51例皮瓣均成活,术后外形、功能恢复满意。结论深度烧伤特别是难治性或晚期骨外露合并感染创面均考虑皮瓣移植,重视术前、术中、术后处理是手术成功的关键,深度烧伤创面采用皮瓣修复能达到创面和功能的恢复,提高了烧伤患者的生活质量。

The analysis of the effect of restoring the deep burn wound using skin flaps

Objective To observe the effect of restoring the deep bum wound using skin flaps. Methods Selected appropriate skin flap to restore according to the depth ,position and the condition of bum wound and all over the body. Results After applying various skin flaps to repair deep bum wound in 52 cases, all skin flaps were alive and gained satisfaction in functional recovery of the outline form except one with necrosis in the distal end. Conclusion Skin flap grafting should be considered in deep empyrosis especially the wound with refractory infection of bum or in the advancing stage. The key point of successful skin flap grafting is accurate treatment not only during the operation but also pre- and post- operation. Restoring deep burn wound with skin flaps can achieve functional recovery and improve the life quality of the patients suffering bums.
