| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芬太尼静脉麻醉下行纤支镜检查的临床实用价值。方法2005年1月～2006年1月在我院行无痛纤支镜检查20例患者进行回顾性分析。结果20例接受无痛纤支镜检查患者与对照组相比血压（BP），心率（HR）无显著变化，对照组动脉血氧饱和度（SaO2）下降明显。结论无痛纤支镜检查方便、安全、无痛苦，患者依从性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of intravenous anesthesis with fentanyl in fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 patients was taken, who had undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy check-up in our hospital from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2006. Results There was no significant change for BP and HR between the 20 patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy check-up and the control group, however SaPO2 decreased more obviously in the control group. Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscope examination is a convenient, safe, and painless with high compliance. |
