磁共振快速场回波技术对脑内海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨磁共振快速场回波技术(FFE)在脑内海绵状血管瘤(CA)中的诊断价值。方法收集资料完整经手术病理证实的30例脑内CA患者的MR I资料,重点分析其FFE成像信号与常规T2W I的信号特征。结果FFE序列对CA的病灶对比度明显高于常规T2W I(P<0.05),对于CA的检出率,FFE与常规T2W I相近,均检出了全部CA病灶。结论磁共振FFE技术可以提高CA的病灶对比度,对定性诊断有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of MRI fast field echo(FFE) scan technique in diagnosis of cerebral cavernous angiomas(CA).Methods MRI findings of cerebral CA in 30 cases proved by operation and pathology were reviewed.The signal characteristics on FFE and T_2WI sequences were compared emphatically.Results In the observation of cerebral CA,the FFE sequence was better than T_2WI(P<0.05).FFE and T_2WI showed similar ability in detecting CA lesions.Conclusion MRI FFE can improve the contrast of cerebral CA,it is of significant in qualitative diagnosis.
