电针对帕金森抑郁模型大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量影响研究

摘    要:目的:观察电针对帕金森病(PD)抑郁模型大鼠脑组织中单胺类神经递质的影响,探讨电针治疗帕金森病抑郁的作用机理。方法:SD大鼠56只随机抽取12只作为空白组,剩余44只其中36只PD造模成功,随机抽出12只做为6-OHDA模型组,其余24只大鼠利用慢性不可预见温和应激法结合孤养法制造大鼠抑郁模型,随机分为6-OHDA抑郁模型组12只、电针组12只。连续治疗4周,观察比较大鼠脑组织中的单胺类神经递质含量及行为学变化。结果:电针组较6-OHDA模型组及6-OHDA抑郁模型组能够明显调节模型大鼠脑组织内单胺类神经递质的含量。结论:电针能够治疗帕金森病抑郁,其机理可能与调节脑组织中单胺类神经递质水平有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on monoamine neurotransmitters of the brain in depressed model rats with Parkinson's disease(PD),and to explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture in treating PD depression.Methods:12 rats were randomly selected from 56 SD rats as the blank control,and PD model was established in the remaining 44 rats.12 rats randomly selected from the 36 rats with successful modeling as the 6-OHDA model group);the other 24 PD rats were made into the model of depression by the combination of chronic unforeseeable mild stress method and solitary confinement,and they were randomly divided into the the 6-OHDA depression model group(n=12)and electro-acupuncture group(n=12).After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain tissues and behavioral changes were observed and compared in the rats.Results:Compared to the 6-OHDA model group and the 6-OHDA depression model group,the electro-acupuncture group could significantly regulate the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters of the brain tissues in the rats.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture can treat PD depression,which mechanism may be related to regulating the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissue.
