| 摘 要： | 通过全球基金项目在文山州州级和两个县级的实施，实践和总结项目进程中的成功经验和存在问题，不断完善艾滋病防治整体管理模式。使全州形成艾滋病综合防治的良好格局，促进了艾滋病各项政策、措施的有效落实，项目工作的经验得以推广和应用。
