| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性肺心病临床护理方法及效果。方法选取2010年2月~2013年2月在我院收治的66例慢性肺心病住院患者，随机分为干预组和对照组各33例。对照组采用内科常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上采用人性化护理干预。比较两组患者护理后的心功能及生活质量。结果干预组护理后心功能改善、GQOLI-74评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对慢性肺心病患者实施人性化护理可有效改善心功能，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of clinical care for chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods From February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital,66 cases hospitalized patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group,33 patients in each group. The control group received routine medical care,the intervention group received humane care interventions on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function and quality of life of two groups were compared after treatment. Results After nursing intervention,heart function and the GQOLI-74 score of the intervention group improved more significant than the control group,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humane care for patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.can improve heart function and quality of life. |
