| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄芪注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效，方法：应用随机对比的方法对80例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者进行黄芪注射液和硝酸甘油的治疗对比，结果：应用黄芪注射液2周后，治疗组心功能改善率及总有效率分别为35％和80％，明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），两组治疗后的心输出量及心脏指数均较治疗前有明显改善（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），治疗组疗效更好，结论：黄芪注射液是治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效辅助药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Inj. Astragala (IA) in the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods:Eighty patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) were assigned randomly into Treatment Group (received 30ml of IA + 250ml of glucose solution iv drip qd) and Control Group (received 10mg nitroglycerin + 250ml of glucose solution iv drip qd).Results:Two weeks after IA treatment, the rate of improvement in cardiac function and the global effective rate in the Treatment Group were 35.0% and 80.0% respectively, that were siginficantly superior to those in the Control Group (P<0.05). Cardiac output and cardiac index were improved in both group after treatment, however, the improvement was more prominent in the Treatment Group (P<0.01).Conclusion:IA is an effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of CHF. |
