食管癌患者血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体水平及临床意义

目的　探讨食管癌患者的血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体 (sTNF RI、sTNF RII)水平及其临床意义。方法　采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测 5 6例食管癌患者和 2 0例正常人血清sTNF RI、sTNF RII及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平。结果　食管癌患者的血清sTNF RI显著高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而sTNF RII则明显低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,sTNF RII与sTNF RI的比值明显低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。血清sTNF RII变化的敏感性明显高于血清CEA。结论　血清sTNF RI和sTNF RII水平检测在食管癌的辅助诊断具有一定的临床应用价值。

Estimation and clinical significance of serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor in patients with esophageal cancer

Objective: To explore the significance of the serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (sTNFR). Methods: sTNF-RI and sTNF-RII were measured with ABC-ELISA assay in 56 patients with esophageal cancer and 20 healthy adults as the control. Results: The level of serum sTNF-RI was significantly higher in patients than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the level of serum sTNF-RII was extraordinarily low (P<0.001). The ratio of sTNF-RII to sTNF-RI was greatly lower than that in the control group. In the patients with esophageal cancer the positive rate of serum sTNF-RII level was 85.71%, which greatly exceeded that of the conventional tumor marker-CEA , but sTNF-RI was not. Conclusion: The determination of serum levels of sTNF-RI and sTNF-RII is useful for the diagnosis of the esophageal cancer and the determination of the immune status of the patients.
