| 摘 要： | [目的]检测乙肝患者血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)的水平及其与血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(SB)、白球蛋白比值(A／G)、胆碱酯酶(ChE)及乙肝病毒复制标志物之间的关系。[方法]酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测66例乙肝患者和20例健康对照组血清sIL-2R含量。[结果]乙肝患者血清sIL-2R水平高于对照组，其升高与ALT、SB、A／G和ChE相关，与乙肝病毒的存在和复制与否无关。[结论]急性、慢性、重型乙肝及乙肝后肝硬变患者血清sIL-2R水平，在一定程度上反映了肝细胞损伤及炎症程度。

| Abstract: | To detect the serum level of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and the relationships between sIL 2R and liver injury of hepatitis B patients (ALT, SB, A/G, ChE and antigen antibody system) The sIL 2R concentration was detected by ELISA method for 66 hepatitis B patients and 20 normal persons The level of SIL 2R of hepatitis B patients was higher than that in normal group and was correlated with ALT, SB, A/G and ChE significantly The serum levels of sIL 2R are increased significantly and related to the immune function, the degree of injury and inflammation in acute and chronic hepatitis B |
