院内综合康复措施对慢性分裂症患者认知功能障碍的疗效分析

目的 探讨院内综合康复干预措施对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍的疗效。方法 将长期住院的40例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，对一组施以综合康复干预3个月，用MMSE，SANS对认知功能和阴性症状进行评定。结果 干预纽MMSE：记忆力、回忆和语言方面分值均有增加，特别是在记忆力方面有显著性差异；SANS：情感平淡、兴趣缺乏因子分有明显下降，具有显著性差异。而对照组MMSE，SANS分值均无差异。结论 院内综合康复干预措施对改善慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍有一定的作用。

Analysis of Synthesis Rehabilitation Intervention Measures' Effects on Chronic Schizophrenia Patients in our Hospital

Objective To study effect of synthesis rehabilitation intervention measures on chronic schizophrenia patients' recognition function . Methods 40 schizophrenia patients were divied into two groups, and treated group with synthesis rehabilitation intervention measures for 3 months, evaluate the recognition function and negative symptoms with MMSE, SANS. Results Treated group: MMSE: the scores of remembrance, remembrance and language are all enhanced, especially in remembrance,there weoe significant difference between two gronps. SANS: the scores in flat affection, lacking of interests are significant descended. But the scores of MMSE SANS in controled group have no visible differences. Conclusion Synthesis rehabilitation intervention measures have positive effect to improve chronic schizophrenia patients' recognition function.
