多层螺旋CT在小儿支气管异物方面的临床诊断效果评价

为评价多层螺旋CT在小儿支气管异物方面的临床诊断效果。该文回顾性分析经支气管镜检查已证实的80例支气管异物患儿,均予以常规X线与多层螺旋CT扫描检查,前者设为对照组,后者为研究组,比较两组诊断效果。80例患儿异物分别位于左下叶背段3例,右主支气管6例,右中叶外侧段30例,中间段支气管9例,左主支气管24例,气管8例;研究组临床检出率95.00%比对照组81.25%显著更高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论是多层螺旋CT可有效地提高支气管异物检出率,且清晰地显示异物位置、形态及其与相应气管间的关系,可作为临床确诊支气管异物患儿首选方法。

Evaluation of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Bronchial Foreign Body in Children

In order to evaluate the multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children,this article analyzed 80 cases of children with bronchial foreign body proved by bronchoscopic examination retrospective-ly. The children were given conventional X-ray and multi-slice CT scan. The results of conventional X-ray were regarded as control group and those of multi-slice CT were regarded as research group. Among the 80 cases of foreign bodies,3 cases were located in the lower left dorsal segment,6 cases were in the right main bronchus, 30 cases were in the right lateral mid-section,9 cases were in the intermediate bronchus,24 cases were in the left main bronchus,8 cases were in the trachea. Comparing the two groups,the clinical detection rate of research group was 95. 00%,which was much higher than that of control group(81. 25%)and the difference was statistical sig-nificant. As a result,multi-slice CT can effectively improve the detection rate of bronchial foreign body and clear-ly show the relationship between the location,shape of foreign body and the corresponding trachea. It can be a pre-ferred method for the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children.
