阿奇霉素治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的临床效果研究

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的疗效。方法选取82例呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿,根据治疗药物不同分为对照组(红霉素)和实验组(阿奇霉素),比较两组疗效。结果与对照组相比,实验组呈现出明显更高的临床有效率(P0.05),更短的各临床症状、肺部体征消失时间(P0.05),更低的治疗期间药物不良反应发生率(P0.05)。结论采取阿奇霉素治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染,可及时有效控制患儿病情,减轻其痛苦,且具有较高安全性和推广价值。

Clinical Effect of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Respiratory Tract Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 82 patients with respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae in-fection were chosen and randomly divided into two groups: control group ( treated with erythromycin) and experi-mental group (treated with azithromycin). The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significantly higher clinical effectiveness ( P<0. 05 ) , prominently shorter time of clinical symptoms and pulmonary symptoms disappearance ( P<0 . 05 ) and obvi-ously lower incidence of adverse drug reactions during the period of treatment ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion When azithromycin was chosen for the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, it could timely and effectively control the disease and alleviate their suffering. Therefore, this drug possesses very high secu-rity and worth of promoting.
