局部浸润并静脉强化麻醉用于剖宫产术的效果

①目的 评价局部浸润麻醉加静脉强化麻醉用于急症剖宫产术的可行性。②方法 选择46例需行剖宫产术而又存在硬膜外麻醉禁忌证的产妇为研究组，以同期在硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产术的40例产妇为对照组，观察两组病人的手术时间、胎儿娩出所需时间、术中出血量、新生儿评分以及肠蠕动恢复时间等。③结果 两组病人的手术时间、胎儿娩出所需时间以及术中出血量、新生儿评分无明显统计学差异（t=1．652～1．992，P〉0．05）；而肠蠕动的恢复时间研究组明显短于对照组（t=2．384，P〈0．05）。④结论 局部浸润麻醉加静脉强化麻醉用于急症剖宫产手术安全、有效、快速、副作用少。

LOCAL PLUS INTRAVENOUS ANESTHESIA FOR CESAREAN SECTION

Objective To assess the efficacy of local plus intravenous anesthesia for emergency cesarean section(ECS). Methods In this study group, 46 women who needed ECS were given local anesthesia plus intravenous anesthesia. Another 40 women assigned to the control group were given epidural anesthesia. The operation duration, delivery time of the fetus, blood loss during the procedure, Apgar's score of neonates, and the time of intestinal function recovery were assessed in both groups. Results No significant differences existed in terms of the operation and delivery time, blood loss during operation and Apgar's score of neonates between the two groups ( t=1.652-1.992, P >0.05). But the recovery of intestinal function after operation was much quicker than the controls ( t=2.384,P <0.05). Conclusion Local plus intravenous anesthesia in emergency cesarean sections is safe, effective, fast, and with few side effects.
