青少年意外妊娠者生殖健康状况调查

目的 :了解青少年意外妊娠者生殖健康知识、态度、行为的现况 ,为减少青少年未婚先孕提供干预依据。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 11月～ 2 0 0 4年 3月在本院计划生育科要求终止妊娠的未婚女青少年 (15～ 2 4岁 ) 36 0名进行调查 ,采用匿名问卷和访谈结合方法 ,收集相关的资料信息。结果 :合格表格 345份。 5 2 2 %被调查者生殖健康知识得分超过6分 ,生殖健康知识来源途径为报刊、书籍占 80 8% ,同性朋友 36 % ,科普展览 32 5 % ,互联网 31 3%。 4 2 %对婚前性行为持赞成态度。 76 2 %经常在无保护措施下发生性行为 ,多数被调查者认同避孕套保护作用 ,但却很少使用。仅2 0 %曾经使用过紧急避孕药。结论 :青少年意外妊娠者生殖健康知识水平有所改善 ,性观念发生转变 ,多数性行为没有保护措施。需要加强有针对性的避孕健康教育 ,采用交互性的互联网、面对面咨询等方式开展宣教工作

A Survey of Reproductive Health among Unmarried Adolescents with Unwanted Pregnancies

Objective: To learn the reproductive knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of unmarried adolescents with unwanted pregnancies. Methods: 360 unmarried girls aged 15-24 who asked for induced abortion in department of family planning of our hospital from November 2002 to March 2004 filled in anonymous questionnaire and received a short-term interview. Results: Among 345 legal questionnaires, 52.2% got more score of 6. The interviewees got knowledge of reproductive health from newspapers, journals and books accounting for 80.8%, friends for 36%, exhibitions and lectures for 32.5% and Internet for 31.3%. 42% persons supported sex behavior before marriage. 76.2% of them often made sexual intercourse without taking any contraceptives. Most of them agreed on the protection of condom but seldom used it. Only 20% ever had emergency contraceptive pill. Conclusion: The adolescents are improving the knowledge level of reproductive health gradually, while most of them make unprotected sexual intercourse with changing concepts of sex. We should improve reproductive and contraception education by various means such as international net and face-to-face consultation.
