《脾胃论》与脏腑辨证*

探讨<脾胃论>一书在脏腑学说及脏腑辨证用药方面的运用."补土派"医家李东垣倡言脾胃论,对于疾病发病机制、脏腑病机及治疗用药无不是以脾胃为中心来认识的,建立了以脾胃为中心的四时五脏辨证用药体系,变五脏用药为升降浮沉补泻法.该辨证体系以五行、运气等学说为理论依据,强调"藏气法时"、升降浮沉,在方法上高人一畴.<脾胃论>并非专论脾胃病,而脏腑辨证不只辨杂病.
