剖宫产切口感染54例临床研究

目的：分析剖宫产切口感染的相关因素及预防措施。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,将我院近三年剖宫产的病例3067例分为切口感染组A及对照组B,分析其发生率、感染相关因素及预防措施。结果：剖宫产切口感染发生率1.76%（54/3067）,引起切口感染的相关因素为：肥胖、贫血、有基础疾病或感染、产程延长、胎膜早破、阴道检查或肛查次数过多、术前未预防性应用抗生素、手术时间长、缝合不当等。结论：提高对感染的认识,指导孕期保健,治疗基础疾病,减少阴道检查、肛查次数,术前准备充分,提高手术操作技巧、合理预防应用抗生素,是控制剖宫产切口感染的主要措施。

Analysis on 54 cases with incision infection following cesarean section

Objective To analyze the related factors and prevention measures for incision infection following cesarean section.Method The incidence rate,the related factors of infection and prevention measures were retrospectively investigated among 3 067 women who delivered by cesarean section.They were divided into two groups:group A(incision infection group,n=3 013) and group B(the control group,n=54).Results The overall incision infection rate following cesarean section was 1.76%(54/3 067).The infection-associated factors included obesity,anemia,some basic diseases or infections,protracted labor,PRM,frequent vaginal examination,urethral catheterization or digital rectal examination,absence of preventive use of antibiotics before operation,prolonged operation,and so on.Conclusion Intensifying recognition of the medical workers for infection,guiding antenatal health care to pregnant women,treating the basic(original) diseases actively,reducing frequency of vaginal examination,urethral catheterization and digital rectal examination,full preoperative preparation and thorough haemostasis in operation without tissue dead space remained,and reasonable use of antibiotics are all measures to control the incision infection following cesarean section.
