咳嗽变异性哮喘病人行支气管激发试验前后血清IgE变化

目的 探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘病人行支气管激发试验前后IgE变化。方法 分别对16例咳嗽变异性哮喘病人行支气管激发试验(BPT),并在试验前后监测血清IgE水平。结果 BPT阳性16例。气道高反应性者血清总IgE BPT后较BPT前明显增高(P<0.01)。屋尘激发后,特异性IgE较激发前增高(P<0.05)。尘螨激发后,特异性IgE亦较激发前增高(P<0.05)。结论 咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的血清IgE水平明显升高,与支气管激发试验阳性率显著相关,对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者行支气管激发试验,同时测定血清IgE水平,可早期发现哮喘,指导临床治疗。

Variety of serum IgE in cough variability asthmas before and after bronchial provocation test

Objective To discuss the variety of serum IgE in cough variability asthmas before and after bronchial provocation test (BPT). Methods 16 cough variability asthmas were surveyed with serum IgE level before and after BPT. Results 16 asthmas were positive with BPT. The serum total IgE level of patients after BPT was higher than those of patients before test ( P<0. 01). The same results were found in the groups challenged with home dust and mite ( P<0. 05). Conclusion The serum IgE level of cough variability asthmas increased significantly, which was correlative with the positive rates of BPT. By testing the IgE level and BPT of cough variability asthmas, we can make diagnoses and give therapy in time.
