| 摘 要： | 对我院2000年7月至2004年7月应用羟基喜树碱行膀胱内灌注治疗的膀胱肿瘤24例进行回顾性分析。结果CRl2例，PR8例，NR2例，PD2例，有效率83．3％（20／24）。随访18个月，复发率10％（2／20）。毒副反应主要表现为轻度膀胱刺激症状及骨髓抑制。研究提示，该方法对于治疗表浅膀胱肿瘤，防止术后复发确实有效，且副作用少，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Twenty-four cases of Hydroxycamptothecin Intro-bladder Infusion Chemotherapy from July 2000 to July 2004 were analysed respectively. Overall response rate to VID regimen was 83.3 %, including 12 cases CR,8 cases PR,2 cases NR,2 cases PD, follow up 18 months,the contrast rate was 10 % .The side effects were cystic stimulate symptom and neutropenia. Study appliciate that the method is effective to treatment about the lower hiadder neoplasms and avoicl after-operation recrudesce,sides effects is less,so it is worthy of spreading in the clinic pradice. |
