| 摘 要： | 本文采用自己改良的精子超薄切片方法．对人的精子100多例进行了试验。结果表明：此方法比用常规的超薄切片方法切制的优良，在电镜下容易找到精子，完整的精子数目较多，固定良好，细微结构清晰，反差强，成像理想。

| Abstract: | The modified method of ultrastructural section of sperm was used in tha study and the human sperm of over 100 cases were tested with this method. The result indicated that this methold was better than that of routine ultrastructural section in easy finding the sperm under electromicoscopy,more intact sprm, good fixation, clearer ultrastructure,stronger contrast and ideal image. |
