益气活血法治疗高血压性肾损害早期的临床研究

目的 观察益气活血法治疗高血压性肾损害早期的临床疗效。方法将60例高血压性肾损害早期患者采用随机开放和平行对照方法，分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组予以益气活血法（首乌、黄芪、丹参、大黄、夏枯苹组成）治疗，对照组给予马来酸依那普利片（ACEI制剂）治疗，疗程均为2个月。观察两组的疗效及治疗后尿微量清蛋白（mAlb）、β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）和血三酰甘油（TG）、胆固醇（TC）及尿酸（UA）的变化情况。结果治疗组在中医症状总疗效及中医症状积分上优于对照组（P〈0．05），TG、TC和UA优于对照组（P〈0．05），对尿mAlb和β2-MG的作用与对照组比较无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论益气活血方治疗高血压性肾损害早期，能显著改善临床症状及TG、TC和UA等指标，对尿mAlb和β2-MG有改善作用，但与ACEI制剂相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。表明益气活血法对该病作用途径是多靶点的，同时具有调节脂代谢和降UA作用。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Treatment of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating on Early Stage of Hypertensive Renal Damage

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating on patients who suffered from the early stage of hypertensive renal damage（HRD）. Methods 60 patients with early stage HRD were enrolled and randomly divided into research group and control group, 30 cases for each group. Patients in the research group were treated with traditional Chinese herbs of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating,however,the patients in the control group were treated only with enalapril maleate（ACEI）. After the treatment for two months,the score of clinical symptoms and the levels of uric micro-albumin（mAlb）,β2-microglobulin （β2-MG） ,blood lipid and serum uric acid were assessed. Results The clinical symptoms and the changes of blood lipid and serum uric acid in the research group were all improved as compared with those in the control group（P〈 0. 05） ,there was no difference between the levels of mAlb or β2-MG in both groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chi nese herbs of Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating had beneficial effect on early stage HRD,its therapeutic mechanism might be through improving lipoprotein metabolism and decreasing serum uric acidhypouricemic.
