| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大黄对高血压脑出血(HICH)开颅血肿清除术后患者血清补体C3、C4含量的影响。方法按随机对照方法将40例HICH开颅血肿清除术后患者分为两组。术后4d开始对照组给予西医常规治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用生大黄粉5g～10g加入温开水40mL溶解后,口服或鼻饲(2～3)次/日。于术后7d、14d免疫透射比浊法测量,比较两组血清补体C3、C4含量。结果治疗组治疗后7d、14d时血清补体C3含量(1.36±0.30)g/L、(1.20±0.26)g/L,C4含量(0.31±0.07)g/L、(0.28±0.03)g/L,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄可显著降低HICH术后患者血清补体C3、C4含量。 |
