| 摘 要： | 本文概述了样本量估计与检验效能分析的基本概念、前提条件和方法的分类,重点介绍了参数估计样本量的估计方法,包括估计总体均数时样本量的估计和估计总体概率时样本量的估计,不仅给出了计算公式,而且通过实例介绍了如何用手工和SAS软件实现计算样本量的方法。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the general concepts and methods of sample size estimation and testing power analysis.It focuses on parametric methods of sample size estimation,including sample size estimation of estimating the population mean and the population probability.It also provides estimation formulas and introduces how to realize sample size estimation manually and by SAS software. |
