| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病中医证候要素分布与性别及冠状动脉造影结果之间的相关性.方法 对102例冠心病患者进行中医证素分布的临床调查,分析不同性别及冠状动脉造影不同病变支数、狭窄程度与冠心病中医证素分布的相关性.结果 冠心病多属气虚血瘀、痰瘀互结之证；不同性别中医证素分布特点比较,男性多兼见阳虚证(P=0.028),女性多兼见阴虚证(P=0.006)及气滞证(P=0.071);冠状动脉造影结果与中医证型的相关性分析,单支及双支病变较多兼见气滞证(P=0.038),三支及合并左主干病变多见痰浊证(P=0.040)；狭窄程度较重患者多见痰浊证(P=0.012).结论 冠心病中医证素分布与性别及冠状动脉造影结果之间存在一定相关性,研究结果有待于更大样本临床调查的进一步证实.
