| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝豆状核变性的发病机制及治疗原则。方法：运用中医学络病理论与现代医学阐述肝豆状核变性毒损脉络的基本病机。结果：肝豆状核变性病机包括毒邪伏络、毒损肝络、肝络瘀阻、毒邪逆传四个时期。毒邪逆传可以损害脑络、肾络、骨络、胞络等。结论：虚、瘀、痰、毒夹杂的本虚标实是肝豆状核变性毒损脉络的基本病机特点,铜毒只是毒邪致病的始动因素。扶正驱毒通络是肝豆状核变性治疗的基本原则。
