| 摘 要： | 目的 观察柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)及神经功能缺损的疗效.方法 将60例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组予文拉法辛及谷维素治疗；治疗组予柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛.治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(SSS)对患者进行评定,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗后治疗组总有效率93.33％,明显高于对照组73.33％ (P＜0.05),HAMD评分6.49分±2.01分、SSS评分14.9分±3.94分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛治疗PSD不仅明显改善患者的抑郁症状,而且能促进神经功能的恢复.
