正常人群印堂和准头部色诊中明度值对其主波长和兴奋纯度的影响

摘    要:目的:通过检测正常人群面部印堂和准头部的可见反射光谱色度学数据,分析印堂和准头部位色诊的明度值对其主波长和兴奋纯度的影响。方法:应用光谱测色法采集516例正常人群印堂和准头部色诊的色度学参数,分别将印堂和准头部位的明度Y值与其色度的主波长和兴奋纯度进行线性相关性分析,以分析明度Y值对其主波长和兴奋纯度的影响。结果:正常人群印堂和准头部的明度Y值与其色度的主波长值无相关性;然而,明度Y值与其色度的兴奋纯度存在负相关。结论:色诊中明度Y值的大小不影响面部色诊的主波长值,表明肤色中偏白或偏黑不会对色诊光谱测色的主色调造成影响。然而,明度Y值与兴奋纯度有负相关性,其主色调的饱和度受到皮肤偏白或偏黑的影响,需要根据明度值的大小进行评价分析。本文结论为色诊参数的测量与结果分析提供了参考。
