| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨亚临床甲减对2型糖尿病患者发生糖尿病足的影响。方法回顾性分析相对完整的339例2型糖尿病患者临床资料，首先按照是否合并亚临床甲减分为亚甲减组及对照组，统计分析两组间临床资料差异。然后按照是否合并糖尿病足分为糖尿病足组及对照组，进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析糖尿病足发生的危险因素。结果合并亚临床甲减组患者踝肱指数明显降低，冠心病、糖尿病足发病率则明显升高，多因素非条件Logistic回归分析发现，高促甲状腺激素水平是糖尿病足发生的独立危险因素（OR：1．274，95％CI=1．102～1．473，P〈0．05）。结论亚临床甲减促进糖尿病慢性并发症的发生，对2型糖尿病患者有必要进行甲状腺功能定期检查，以便及早诊断和干预亚临床甲减。
