| 摘 要： | 胃癌微转移检测是近年来研究的热点,已证实胃癌微转移与胃癌的复发、转移密切相关,但胃癌微转移与预后的关系却研究较少。本文就胃癌微转移的概念、检测方法及两个主要指标细胞角蛋白及癌胚抗原在淋巴结、血液、腹腔及骨髓中的表达与胃癌预后的关系进行了综述。探讨胃癌微转移与预后有助于更科学的进行胃癌临床病理分期以及提高患者的生存率。
