人 /动物牙基质材料对长骨缺损修复的临床应用

目的介绍人/动物混合牙基质材料(骨生长材料BGM)对长骨缺损移植修复的方法和治疗效果.方法长骨骨缺损在有效的内固定后,将“混合牙基质材料”置于骨缺损处及周围,并用邻近的骨膜与另一侧近骨膜的肌膜缝合固定,对骨不连者清除断端硬化骨,开槽打通两端骨髓腔,再植入“混合牙基质材料”.结果本组44例病例中,24例显效,18例有效,2例无效(均有严重伤口感染),有效率95.4%.结论人/动物混合牙基质材料(BGM)具有骨生成、骨传导、诱导产生新骨的作用.

The clinical application of the BGM of humans and animals for the repairation of long bone defect

Objective To introduce the method and the effect of treatment using BGM(Bone Growth Material,BGM) of humans and animals for the transplant and repairation of long bone defect.Method To implant BGM to the long bone defect and it's surrounding after the firmly internal fixation of long bone defect.Meanwhile to sew up and fix the periosteum of near side and the sarcolemma of the other side closing the perioteum.As for the disconnection of the bones,to eliminate the sclerosing bone of the broken end and groove the medullary cavity to get throug both ends.Then to reimplant BGM in it.Result In the 44 cases, 24cases were clear effective .18cases were effective.2 cases were ineffective(the wound was badly infected).the effective rate is 95.4%.Conclusion The BGM of humans and animals has the function of bone forming ,bone conduction and inducing to produce new bones.
