固尔苏治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效分析

目的 观察固尔苏治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效,分析其在临床中的应用意义.方法 观察68例符合标准者,随机分为固尔苏观察组及对照组,其余治疗相同.观察两组血气变化、正压通气参数及时间、临床有效率、并发症发生率和存活率.结果 观察组用药后血气分析监测pH、PaO2、PaCO2较用药前均显著性改善(P＜0.05);正压通气参数和应用时间明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01;P＜0.05);临床有效率100%;并发症发生率、死亡率观察组低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P＜0.005;P＜0.05).结论 使用固尔苏疗效显著,可明显提高存活率及减少并发症.

An analysis of therapeutic effect of curosurf for premature with NRDS

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of curosurf for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) of premature neonates and to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods 68 premature infants with NRDS were randomly assigned into two groups in 1:1 proportion: treatment group and control group.The continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) parameters setting value,application time,effective rate,blood gas,complication incidences and survival rate of premature infants in the two groups were compared. Results The pH,PaO2,PaCO2 of premature infants in the treatment group were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and CPAP parameters setting values and application time were significantly less and shorter than those in the control group and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01;P<0.05).In the treatment group the clinical effective rate was 100%,and the death rate(3.03%)and complication incidence(48.52%)were lower significantly than those in the control group,and there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.005,P<0.05).Conclusion Curosurf can effectively improve the survival rate of the premature infants,reduce complications and shorten course of the disease.
