中医辨证联合西药治疗癌症疼痛42例

[目的]观察中医辨证联合西药治疗癌症疼痛疗效。[方法]选取我院2008年1月至2011年12月各类肿瘤患者42例为观察对象,观察临床治疗癌性疼痛的药物选择和中医治疗用药,并分析临床疗效,指导用药实践。治疗8周后判定疗效。[结果]部分缓解28例,轻度缓解14例,大部分患者睡眠也得到改善。[结论]综合有效、规范的中西药联用可以极大的改善肿瘤患者疼痛症状,提高生存质量,具有积极的临床意义。

TCM Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Cancer Pain in 42 Cases

[Objective]To observe the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of cancer pain treatment.[Methods]Selected from January to 2011 December in our hospital in 2008 of 42 cancer patients were observed,the clinical treatment of cancer pain drug selection and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and analysis of clinical efficacy,medicine guidance practice.After 8 weeks of treatment the curative effect.[Results]Partial remission in 28 cases,mild remission in 14 cases,most of the patients sleep can be improved.[Conclusion]integrated effectively,normative combined Chinese and Western medicine can greatly improve patients pain symptoms,improve quality of life,having a positive clinical significance.
