| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨补阳还五汤加味对中风后遗症神经功能缺损改善的临床疗效观察。方法:将我院收治的126例中风后遗症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各63例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在西药常规治疗基础上采用补阳还五汤加味治疗,15d为1疗程,比较两组患者4疗程后的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.83%,对照组为84.13%,两组相比差异显著(P0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加味显著改善中风后遗症神经功能缺损评分,治疗中风后遗症疗效显著。

Clinical evaluation of the Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating stroke sequelae |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction in improving the neurological function of stroke sequelae defect.Methods: Our hospital 126 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(63 cases) and the control group(63 cases),the control group was given conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine,15d for a course of treatment,compare two groups of patients after four cycles of clinical efficacy.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.83% and 84.13% in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve the neurological function of stroke sequelae defect. |
