腹股沟嵌顿性疝无张力修补术63例分析

目的探讨分析腹股沟嵌顿性疝无张力修补术的临床疗效。方法选择我院2003年1月至2011年1月收治的腹股沟嵌顿性疝患者63例,回顾性分析比较其手术情况、治疗效果、复发率以及并发症发生情况等,并与其他专家研究结果进行对比。结果本组63例患者的手术情况与术后并发症的发生和疝复发率与其他专家研究结果之间比较相符合,数据之间无明显差异,统计学分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹股沟嵌顿性疝在无明显内容物坏死感染时行网片无张力修补术治疗效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of Tension-free Repair for Inguinal Incarcerated Hernia in 63 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of tension-free repair for inguinal incarcerated hernia. Methods 63 patients with inguinal incarcerated hernia in our hospital from January 2003 to January 2011 were selected to analyze the operative situation, therapeutic effect, recurrence rate and complications. The results were compared with the other experts’ research results. Results The operative situation, recurrence rate and complications in 63 cases had no statistical difference compared with the other experts’ research results (P >0.05). Conclusions Tension-free repair has a good effect on inguinal incarcerated hernia without infection or necrosis of inside contents, which is worthy of clinical application.
