摘    要:目的 探讨肝硬化患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化及其临床价值.方法 选择经相关检查确诊的128例肝硬化患者为研究对象,将肝硬化患者按Child-Pugh分级分为A、B、C三级,30例健康体检者为对照组,采用化学发光法测检测血清甲状腺功能.按照病情的严重程度与甲状腺激素水平的关系进行分析.结果 肝硬化患者的血清FT3、FT4与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05),TSH与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05).结论 肝硬化患者的血清甲状腺激素水平改变可作为反映肝脏储备功能的依据.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum thyroid hormone levels in patients with hepatocirrhosis, and to analyze their clinical significance. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with hepatocirrhosis were classified as grade A, grade B, and grade C according to Child-Pugh classification. Thirty healthy individuals were considered as the control group. The rumthyroid function was monitored by chemiluminescence method. Correlation between the severity of the disease and the levels of the thyroidhormone was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of FT3 FT4 in patients with hepatocirrhosis were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the level of TSH were significantly increased (P<0.05). The changes of serum thyroid hormone levels were closely related with Child-Pugh classification of liver function. Conclusion The serum thyroid hormone levels decreased with the severity of hepatocirrhosis, and the levels of the thyroid hormone could reflect the hepatic functional reserve.
