2011年上海市浦东新区托幼机构消毒监测结果

目的为了解上海市浦东新区托幼机构卫生状况及消毒工作质量,分析存在的问题,落实各项预防工作,促进托幼机构管理。方法采用现场抽样和采样检测方法,分别在2011年第1季度3月、第2季度6月和第4季度11月对辖区内托幼机构进行连续监测。结果 2011年浦东新区托幼机构总体消毒合格率为93.36%,其中室内空气卫生合格率为98.48%,环境物体表面合格率为94.66%,餐饮具合格率为89.90%,工作人员手合格率89.23%,使用中消毒液合格率为97.98%。公办托幼机构与民办托幼机构相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=55.623,P0.01)。结论浦东新区托幼机构卫生状况及消毒工作质量尚好;建议教育、卫生部门持续加强对托幼机构,特别是民办机构的宣传教育工作;督促各社区卫生服务中心切实抓好日常消毒工作的技术指导,加强监督,进行常态化管理;控制托幼机构内传染病的发生。

Surveillance results of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of Pudong new area of Shanghai in 2011

[Objective]To learn the sanitary condition and disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Pudong new area of Shanghai,analyze the existing problems,implement the preventive measures,and improve the management of nurseries and kindergartens.[Methods]By suing the field sampling and detection methods,the nurseries and kindergartens in this area were continuously monitored in March(first quarter),June(second quarter) and November(forth quarter) 2011.[Results]The total qualified rate of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of Pudong new area in 2011 was 93.36%,and the qualified rate of indoor air,object surface,tableware,hands of staff and disinfectant solution in use was respectively 98.48%,94.66%,89.90%,89.235 and 97.98%.There was a significant difference in qualified rate between public and private nurseries and kindergartens(χ2=55.623,P<0.01).[Conclusion]The sanitary condition and disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Pudong new area of Shanghai is good.It is suggested that the education and health departments should strengthen the education in nurseries and kindergartens,especially private nurseries and kindergartens,supervise the community health service centers seriously implement the technical guidance of routine disinfection and carry out the normal management,and control the infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens.
