贝加灵喷雾剂对大鼠全脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究贝加灵喷雾剂对大鼠全脑缺血的保护作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法SD大鼠随机分为两大组,即A组(给药7d)与B组(给药15d),每大组分为7小组,即假手术组、模型组、贝加灵高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组和空白乳剂组,每组12只。采用双侧动脉阻断法建立大鼠全脑缺血模型,观察大鼠脑组织病理形态学改变,测定大鼠脑指数,并利用分光光度法测定大鼠缺血脑组织均浆液中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和ATP酶的含量。结果与模型组相比,贝加灵高、中、低剂量组脑指数显著降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);给药组脑组织病理形态显著改善;脑组织SOD活力、ATP酶含量显著升高(P〈0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P〈0.01);与治疗7d比较,治疗15d的脑指数与ATP酶含量显著降低(P〈0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P〈0.05),SOD水平则无明显差异。结论贝加灵喷雾剂对大鼠全脑缺血有一定修复保护作用,可能是通过抗自由基和改善能量代谢来发挥这一作用。
