PPH手术治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床研究

目的探讨PPH治疗出口梗阻型便秘术临床疗效。方法出口梗阻型便秘的患者均通过体检和排粪造影确诊。采用排便梗阻症状评分以及Wwxner评分分别评估术前和术后症状,判断手术疗效。结果手术后3个月,ODS评分从15.2±8.9（SD）分下降到5.4±0.5（SD）分,梗阻症状明显改善。结论 PPH手术治疗出口阻塞性排便困难安全、有效。

Clinical application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in outlet obstruction constipation

Objective Clinical studies have demonstrated that procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) is a safe and effective treatment for patients with outlet obstruction constipation.The aim of this study was to determine functional outcome after the PPH.Methods Patients with outlet obstruction constipation were confirmed by clinical investigation and by defecography.Functional outcome was measured by obstructed defecation syndrome score and Wexner score preoperatively and postoperatively.Results Between January 2008 and January 2009,Forty patients(median age: 54.5 years) were included in the study.Functional scores improved significantly: 3 months after surgery,the obstructed defecation syndrome score decreased from a median of 15.2 to 5.4.The classical symptoms improved.Conclusion The procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids is an effective treatment for patients with outlet obstruction constipation and improves symptoms.
