| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自动套扎术（RPH）联合外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期混合痔的临床疗效。方法采用RPH联合传统外剥内扎术治疗混合痔101例（治疗组），与同期单纯采用外剥内扎术治疗85例（对照组）相比较，观察治愈率、术后疼痛指数、并发症、创面愈合时间等指标，评价其治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈率优于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义，在术后疼痛指数、并发症、平均愈合时间上两组无明显差别（P〉0．05）。结论RPH联合外剥内扎术可以提高Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of Milligan-Morgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of the second and third periods hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 101cases(study group) was treated by Milligan-Morgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids,and the other 85cases(control group) was simply treated by Milligan-Morgan method.Then the cure rate,postoperative pain index,complications and the recovery time were observed and evaluated.Results The study group was better than control group in cure rate(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in postoperative pain index,postoperative complications and the recovery time(P>0.05).Conclusion Milligan-Morgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of hemorrhoids can increase the cure rate in the treatment of hemorrhoids. |
