内痔段错落式结扎、肛缘多形性组合切口术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

目的研究内痔段错落式结扎,肛缘多形性组合切口术的临床疗效。方法将2006年12月至2009年6月间在本院肛肠科的98例环状混合痔住院患者随机分为两组,分别采用内痔段错落式结扎、肛缘多形性组合切口术组（治疗组）与传统外剥内扎术组（对照组）,对两组疗效作观察比较。结果治疗组与对照组均临床治愈,两组术后出血、术后疼痛差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗组在疗程、术后水肿、术后光滑度、并发症发生率及满意度上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论内痔段错落式结扎、肛缘多形性组合切口术式治疗环状混合痔较传统外剥内扎术术后并发症更少,肛门整复效果好,满意度高。

Clinical effect of internal hemorrhoids misplace ligation and pleomorphic incision of anal verge with traditional operation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

Objective Compare the clinical effect of internal hemorrhoids misplace ligation and pleomorphic incision of anal verge with traditional operation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety-eight patients in our hospital between Dec.2006 to Sep.2009 with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were divided into internal hemorrhoids misplace ligation and pleomorphic incision of anal verge group(treatment group) and traditional operation group(control group).Results The patients were cured in both treatment group and control group.There was no significant difference of postoperative bleeding and pain between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).The changes of overall treatment tune,postoperative edema,postoperative smoothness,complication rate and satisfaction were significantly different in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with control group,treatment group has decreased postoperative complications and good effect in anus repair.
