外剥内扎加选择性松解部分内括约肌治疗嵌顿痔的临床研究

目的探讨外剥内扎加选择性松解部分内括约肌治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法将300例嵌顿痔随机分为两组,治疗组在外剥内扎基础上选择性松解部分内括约肌,对照组采用常规外剥内扎手术,对两组患者的术后疗效、愈合时间、术后并发症等进行观察分析。结果对照组与治疗组在愈合时间、术后并发症方面有显著差异。结论外剥内扎加选择性松解部分内括约肌治疗嵌顿痔,操作简单、安全,住院时间短,术后并发症轻,疗效可靠。

Clinical study of external dissection and internal ligation plus selectively releasing part of the internal sphincter in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoid

Objective To explore a surgical treatment for incarcerated hemorrhoid which can prevent anal stenosis and reduce postoperative complications.Methods Three hundreds patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid were randomly assigned to two groups.The treatment group received external dissection and internal ligation plus selectively releasing part of the internal sphincter,and the control group received conventional external dissection and internal ligation.Effectiveness,the healing time and postoperative complications were observed and analyzed between the two groups.Results The healing time and postoperative complications between control group and treatment group were significantly different.Conclusion Treating incarcerated hemorrhoid with external dissection and internal ligation plus selectively releasing part of the internal sphincter is simple operation,safety,short hospitalization time,light postoperative complications,and with reliable effect.
