血液透析患者发生脑出血的危险因素及预后分析

目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭维持血液透析合并脑出血的危险因素及其预后。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年1月13例慢性肾功能衰竭维持血液透析合并脑出血患者的临床资料。结果:13例脑出血患者的危险因素包括高血压、高龄、糖尿病肾病、凝血机制异常等综合因素;13例患者中2例好转、11例死亡,病死率84%;存活患者多伴有不同程度的后遗症。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭维持血液透析并发脑出血患者的预后较差,伴有高血压病、糖尿病、凝血机制及血小板功能异常是慢性肾功能衰竭维持血液透析患者促发脑出血的危险因素。

The Risk Factors and Prognosis Profiles of Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective： To investigate the clinical profiles of intraeerebral hemorrhage in chronic renal failure patients of maintenance hemodialysis, with emphasis on the factors affecting intraeerebral hemorrhage. Methods： The data of 13 chronic renal failure patients of maintenance hemodialysis with intraeerebral hemorrhage, admitted to our hospital with a diagnosis of intracere- bral hemorrhage, were retrospectively analyzed in January 2009 - January 2013. Results： The risk factors for 13 eases of intrac- erebral hemorrhage include ： hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, abnormal coagulation. Of the 13 cases of intraeerebral hemor- rhage, 2 patients＇condition was improved and 11 patients died. The death rate was 84 % and the survival patients were accompa- nied with variant degrees of sequelae. Conclusion： The chronic renal failure patients of maintenance hemodialysis with intracere- bral hemorrhage had poor prognosis. Such accompanying variables as hypertension, diabetes, abnormal blood coagulation mechanism and platelet function are risk factors for intraeerebral hemorrhage in the maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure
