| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有限内固定结合外固定架治疗胫腓骨复杂多段粉碎性骨折的可行性与临床效果。方法选择24例胫腓骨各段粉碎性骨折病例、先行复位、螺丝钉内固定,尽量达到解剖系统以达胫骨轴线,然后以外固定架进行外固定。术后严格控制感染。结果经4~18个月随访,X线见骨折线消失,愈合时间为胫骨4~11个月;腓骨为2~5个月。肢体无短缩,踝膝关节功能良好。结论对于胫腓骨复杂多段粉碎性骨折,选择适宜病例,采用有限内固定结合外固定架治疗,疗效确切,治疗方便,无并发症和后遗症。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the feasibility and curative effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation support to treat complex tibiofibular splintered fracture (CTSF). Methods 24 cases of CTSF patient were underwent the reduction, screw fixation and then external fixation support to help the anatomic reduction. The infection was controlled strictly. Results After 4～18 months follow-up, the fracture line on X-ray disappeared with good joint function and without limb shorten. Conclusion The available indication of CTSF could be used the combination method of internal and external fixation with accuracy effect and easy perform without complication. |
