雾化吸入时氧疗途径对COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者血氧饱和度的影响

摘    要:目的探讨雾化吸入过程中较好的氧疗方法。方法采用随机分组自身对照研究,将采用两种不同吸氧方法的患者分为A、B两组。A组:电动雾化吸入同时采用经鼻导管吸氧(64例)。动态记录两组吸入前、后血氧饱和度(SaO2)变化。结果两组SaO2在吸入前没有显著性差异(P>0.05),而开始吸入后的5、10、15、20、30m in时,A、B两组SaO2比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。A组SaO2在雾化吸入后各时段均有不同程度的下降;B组SaO2则有不同程度的提高。结论电动雾化吸入时,在口含器旁加一氧气管进行吸氧,可有效提高患者的血氧饱和度,改善低氧血症,而对心率影响不大。

Abstract:Objective To explore the ideal oxygen inhalation regimen when patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) receiving aerosol inhalation therapy.Methods A self-control study was conducted in the 64 cases of patients with COPD receiving aerosol inhalation therapy.All the patients received oxygen therapy via nasal tube and inhaled oxygen with the aerosol respectively.The index of oxygen saturation(SaO_2) before and after the oxygen therapy was observed.Results There was no significantly difference in the index of SaO_2 between the two groups before oxygen therapy.And the patients obtained increased SaO_2 after inhaling oxygen with the aerosol and decreased SaO_2 after receiving oxygen therapy via nasal tube when receiving aerosol inhalation therapy.Conclusion The results showed that inhaling oxygen with the aerosol when patients with COPD receiving aerosol inhalation therapy can increase their index of SaO_2 and improve the symptom of anoxia.
