摘    要:目的:建立安痛定注射液紫外分光光度法的定量分析。方法:采用P-矩阵分光光度法测定氨基比林扣安替比林,采用P-矩阵法结合吸光度减技术测定巴比妥。结果:氨基比林,安替比林扣巴比妥的平均回收率分别为100.0%,100.1%扣100.4%,相对标准差分别为1.6%,1.3%扣1.1%(n=6)。与地方标准方法比较,两者测定结果无显著差异。结论:本法可用于安痛定注射液中三组分的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis for the Antongding injection by UV spectrophotometry. Method: Aminoprin and Antipyrine was determined by P-matrix spectrophotometry. Barbitial was determined by P-matrix spectrophotometry with absorbance reduction technique. Results: The mean recoveries of Aminopyrin,Antipyrine and Barbitial were 100.0%, 100.1% and 100.4% with RSD 1.6% , 1.3% and 1.1%( n=6 ),respectively. Compared with the standard method,no significant difference was found. Conclusion: Our method can be used for the determination of Aminoprin ,Antipyrine and Barbitial in Antongding injection.
