摘    要:目的研究小连翘乙醇总提取物(HETTE)及各化学部位对小鼠体外肿瘤细胞S180增殖的抑制作用,筛选小连翘抗肿瘤主要活性部位。方法以小鼠肿瘤细胞S180作为实验用细胞株,采用MTT法对HETTE、乙酸乙酯可溶部位(F002A)、乙酸乙酯不溶部位(F002B)、丙酮部位(F003)和甲醇部位(F004)进行抗肿瘤活性研究。结果HETTE及各化学部位均具有抑制小鼠肿瘤细胞S180增殖的作用,其中以F004作用最强,其次为HETTE、F002A、F002B,抑制作用最弱的是F003。结论HETTE及各化学部位有抗肿瘤活性,F004作用最强,为小连翘主要活性部位。

Abstract:Objective To study the inhibitory effects of Hypericum erectum Thunb total extraction(HETTE)and its chemical fractions on the growth of tumor cell S180 of mice in vitro,so as to screen the main anti-tumor active fraction.MethodsThe tumor cell S180 of mice was adopted as the experimental cell strain.HETTE and its four fractions,including acetic ether dissolved fraction(F002A),acetic ether undissolved fraction(F002B),acetone fraction(F003)and methanol fraction(F004),were studied by using the classical antitumor screening method(MTT method).ResultsHETTE and the four fractions were all found to have inhibited the growth of S180 cell.The effect of F004(the methanol fraction)topped the list,stronger than that of HETTE,F002A,F002B and F003 in order of potency.ConclusionHETTE and the four fractions all have antitumor effects,F004 is the most active fraction.
