| 摘 要： | 目的 :从经济学角度评价罂粟碱单用与合用酚妥拉明治疗阳痿的方法。方法 :随机将100例阳痿患者分为两组 ,一组单用罂粟碱 ,另一组用罂粟碱加酚妥拉明 ,均行阴茎海绵体内注射 ,统计分析两组的治疗效果。结果 :罂粟碱组有效率为94 % ,罂粟碱加酚妥拉明组有效率为96 %。结论 :两组药物均能有效治疗阳痿 ,联合用药组效果稍好。单用罂粟碱治疗 ,药源充足 ,费用较低

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To economically evaluate the therapeutic effects of papaverine of papaverine plus phentolamine on patients with impotence METHODS:100 patients with impotence were divided into two groups The patients in the first group were treated with papaverine alone The patients in the second group were treated with papaverine plus phentolamine RESU_LTS:The therapeutic rates were 94% and 96% in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱrespectively CONCLUSION:Both therapeutic schemes were effective in treating impotence,however,combined use was slightly better The single use of papaverine is simpler and cheaper |
