P物质对乙酰胆碱与多巴胺引起豚鼠胆囊平滑肌收缩效应的影响

摘    要:作者采用豚鼠离体胆囊平滑肌条标本,观察P物质对乙酰胆碱、多巴胺引起的离体胆囊平滑肌收缩效应的影响。结果表明:①P物质可引起胆囊平滑肌收缩并呈剂量—效应依赖性。②阈上剂量P物质(4×10~(-7)M)可明显加强乙酰胆碱(10~(-5)~10~(-7)M)及多巴胺(10~(-3)M)引起的离体胆囊平滑肌条的收缩效应。由此启示:P物质作为一种兴奋性递质或(和)调制物(Modulater)可与乙酰胆碱和多巴胺共同参与胆囊平滑肌运动的调节。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of substance P (SP) on the contraction of gallbladder of guinea-pig induced by acetylcholine (Ach) and dopamine (DA) in vitro. The results were as follows: (1)SP could stimulate contraction of gallbladder strip in a doseresponse way. (2)SP could enhance the gallbladder contraction induced by Ach and DA. Our results suggest that SP as an excitatory transmitter and/or modulater might regulate the gallbladder motility with Ach and DA.
