| 摘 要： | 背景与目的研究伪麻黄碱对大鼠的致畸作用,为其应用提供毒理学安全依据。材料与方法将Sprague-Dawley60只孕鼠随机分为4组(每组各15只),即伪麻黄碱高、中、低3个剂量组和阴性对照组。分别经口给予伪麻黄碱50、100、200mg/kg和生理盐水,进行传统的致畸实验,观察母鼠及胎仔的情况。结果伪麻黄碱高剂量组孕鼠的总增重、死胎数和胎仔体重与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义。各剂量组孕鼠的生殖能力和胎仔畸形情况与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。结论在实验剂量范围内,伪麻黄碱对大鼠有一定的母体毒性和胚胎毒性。

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND&AIM: This study was undertaken to determine the potential teratogenic effects of Pseudoephedrine on SD rats and to provide toxicological information. MATERIAL AND METHODS: SD pregnant rats were randomly divided into four groups:Pseudoephedrine50,100,200mg/kg and control.Conventional teratogenicity test was performed.Female rats was given Pseudoephedrine by gastric intubation at50,100,200mg/kg on days6-15of gestation. RESULTS: Adjusted weight gain of pregnant rats,body weight of fetuses and the number of dead fetuses were significantly different at200mg/kg when compared to controls. CONCLUSION: Among the range of experimental doses,pseudoephedrine was considered to have maternal toxicity,embryo toxicity and teratogenic effects in SD rats. |
